Luxury Leisure Unveiled: Tregoad Holiday Park’s £2.4M Indoor Pool and Spa Opens This Easter
Tregoad Holiday Park near Looe is set to open its brand-new luxury indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room this Easter. The £2.4 million development marks the latest investment by the Waterside Group, which continues to enhance the award-winning holiday park for both guests and the local community.
A Premium Addition to the Holiday Park
Owned by the Jacobs family, who have over 60 years of experience in the holiday park industry, Tregoad Holiday Park has undergone significant upgrades over the past four years. The new state-of-the-art indoor leisure facility follows other improvements, including high-quality pitches and the introduction of the Stargazy Restaurant & Bar, which is open to both guests and non-residents.
“This is a great investment for the park and local community,” said Matt Way, General Manager. “Not only does it elevate the experience for our guests and holiday home owners, but it also creates more opportunities for the local community. We have expanded our team, adding four new permanent roles to bring our year-round staff to 21, and our summer payroll now supports around 85 team members.”
Swimming Lessons for Local Families
The new indoor pool will also benefit the local community through a partnership with Swimtime, offering swimming lessons for children in a high-quality learning environment.
“We are very passionate about giving back to the community and growing into our surroundings,” Matt added. “Local families can book swimming lessons online and enjoy our on-site soft play, coffee lounge, and other facilities while their children learn a vital life skill.”
Spa-Style Relaxation for Locals
Alongside swimming lessons, the luxury pool, sauna, and steam room will be open to local residents looking for a relaxing day retreat. With breathtaking views of Looe Island and Millendreath Valley, the new facilities provide a spa-like escape close to home.
A Nature-Focused Holiday Destination
Tregoad Holiday Park continues to enhance its offerings while maintaining a focus on nature and sustainability. Guests and visitors can explore its signature wildflower banks, award-winning fishing lakes, and Forest Ranger School for nature activities. Pet-friendly facilities include a dog agility course, a dedicated dog trail, and a complimentary doggy spa.
The Stargazy Restaurant & Bar also welcomes non-residents and offers a discount card for locals.
With its latest investment, Tregoad Holiday Park is further cementing its reputation as a top-tier holiday destination, delivering premium experiences while supporting the local community.
