Could You Help Make Christmas Special for Newquay Families This Year?

L&K Travel have joined forces with J Savage Financial to bring festive support to those most in need through Newquay’s Community Christmas 2025.

The campaign aims to help families and individuals who may be struggling to afford toys, gifts or food this festive season.

Supporting Those Who Need It Most

Following last year’s Secret Santa Mission, organisers say they were shocked by just how many people in the community needed help. This year, they hope to reach even more families across Newquay.

“More people than ever need our help and we want to do everything possible to help as many people in our community this year as we can & that’s where you come in,” the organisers said.

Every penny raised will go towards buying toys, food, essentials and gifts to make Christmas a little brighter for those in need. Any remaining funds will be donated to a local charity to continue helping others.

How You Can Get Involved

Donations are being collected through a GoFundMe page and an Amazon Wishlist.

Local businesses are also being encouraged to contribute money, toys or food to support the cause.

L&K Travel and J Savage Financial have both confirmed that they will not personally benefit from any donations.

Collection Days at St Michael’s Church

On 22nd and 23rd December, St Michael’s Church in Newquay (TR7 1RA) will be open from 10am to 2pm.

Anyone in need can visit to collect toys, food or gifts in a safe and completely anonymous setting. For those unable to attend in person, a delivery service will also be available upon request.

Organisers say, “We know Christmas can be a really hard time for a lot of people and we want to help those in our community that need it most.”
