Creative Body Board Painting Workshop at Fistral Beach Hotel this October

Fistral Beach Hotel is offering a one-of-a-kind experience this autumn, inviting people to blend surf culture, sustainability, and creativity in a unique setting overlooking one of Cornwall's most famous beaches.

On Saturday 4th October 2025, Fistral Beach Hotel will host a body board painting workshop led by local artist Gemma Lessinger, whose coastal-inspired work has gained wide recognition.

A Day of Art and Indulgence

The event begins at 11:30am with a glass of fizz on arrival, followed by a guided workshop at 12pm. Guests will paint a wave or shoreline onto a body board, using repurposed materials to add texture and depth. Each participant will finish the day with their own piece of ocean-themed wall art to take home.

At 2:30pm, guests will enjoy a decadent afternoon tea featuring freshly prepared sandwiches, pastries, scones, and a selection of teas or coffee.

The experience also includes two hours of complimentary access to the Fistral Spa, which can be enjoyed either before or after the workshop.

Practical Details
