Hammer Used in Late Night Newquay Burglary Attempt

Police are appealing for help after an aggravated burglary attempt in Newquay.

What happened

At around 11pm on Monday 22nd December, an attempt was made to force entry into a property on Trelawney Road. A hammer was used during the incident.

The suspects entered the garden of the property but were disturbed and failed to gain entry. They left the scene empty handed.

Police believe the two men pictured in connection with the incident may be able to assist with enquiries.
