Newquay’s very own Milla Magee, recently crowned Miss Newquay and now a proud ambassador for the town, had a momentous first public engagement at Fistral Beach. Her involvement with the ‘Love Newquay’ campaign aligns with her efforts to promote the coastal town and its local businesses. The visit coincided with a royal visit by Prince William, Duke of Cornwall, who was in town to engage with community lifeguards and local children.

During the visit, Milla had the opportunity to speak with Prince William about her passionate campaign, ‘GOFARWITHCPR,’ which aims to make CPR and first aid training compulsory in schools.
