Schools Can Now Book a 2026 Visit to Newquay Lifeboat Station
Schools are now able to book group visits to Newquay RNLI Lifeboat Station for 2026, with bookings officially open.
The visits are aimed at giving pupils a closer look at the work of the RNLI while offering a hands on learning experience by the sea.
What pupils can expect
During a visit, pupils will have the chance to learn about the RNLI’s lifesaving work and explore the lifeboat station and its equipment. Where possible, they may also meet some of the lifeboat crew.
A key part of the visit focuses on helping young people understand how to stay safe by the sea.
Who can book
The visits are suitable for class trips, year group activities, or schools working on coastal safety topics. Schools planning activities for 2026 are encouraged to get in touch early.
How to book
To book a visit or make an enquiry, schools are asked to contact Alan on 07788 614 772.
The station says it is looking forward to welcoming schools and inspiring the next generation of lifesavers.
