Penzance Gears Up for Christmas Lights Switch On – Don’t Be Fooled by the Early Glow!

If you’ve been out and about in Penzance recently, you may have noticed festive lights beginning to appear around town. Contracted by Penzance Council, the team at High Maintenance South West has started their work to install the seasonal decorations. While these bright displays may suggest an early start to Christmas, there’s no need to worry – they’re currently being tested.

Lights Just for Testing – Don’t Panic!

The occasional evening sparkle spotted around Penzance is purely a trial run. According to the council, these lights are being set up and tested in advance of the big event. The official switch-on date is scheduled for Saturday, 30th November, so the full Christmas display won’t be illuminated just yet.

For now, the early glimpse of festive decor serves as a hint of what’s to come, with the team at High Maintenance South West making sure everything is ready for the official celebration.
