Police Appeal After Serious Collision in Penzance

Police are appealing for witnesses after a serious collision in Penzance involving a pedestrian and a lorry.

Officers were called at around 8.25pm on Tuesday 16th September to the junction with Eastern Green, Penzance. The incident involved a pedestrian and an HGV lorry.

A local woman in her 60s sustained serious injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment. Her next of kin have been informed.

Road Closure and Appeal for Information

The road was closed while emergency services attended the scene. Officers from the Roads Policing Team have thanked the public for their patience during this time.
