Casualty Rescued During St Agnes Remembrance Service: Coastguard Team Responds on Perranporth Beach

On Sunday, 10th November, during the St Agnes Remembrance Service, the St Agnes Coastguard Search & Rescue Team was called to an incident at Perranporth Beach. The team, accompanied by the St Agnes RNLI Lifeboat and South West Ambulance Service, responded to assist a casualty near the ZigZag Steps.

The coastguard team arrived swiftly on the scene, working with the RNLI Lifeboat crew and ambulance staff. The casualty was reported to have a suspected arm break. According to St Agnes Coastguard, their role included stabilising the injured individual and ensuring safe transport to the waiting ambulance for further care.

With support from multiple rescue services, the casualty received immediate attention. St Agnes Coastguard extended thanks to everyone involved, wishing the individual a speedy recovery.
