Serious Injuries After Three Vehicle Collision Near Probus

Police are appealing for witnesses and dash cam footage following a three vehicle collision on the A390 near Probus.

What Happened

Officers were called at around 8.30am on Wednesday 28th January to reports of a collision involving a silver Mazda 2, a white Ford Transit and a black VW Polo.

Occupants from all three vehicles sustained injuries. A total of four casualties were treated by South Western Ambulance Service and Cornwall Air Ambulance.

One casualty was treated at the scene, while the remaining three were taken to hospital for further treatment. Police have confirmed that the three hospitalised casualties sustained serious injuries but are in a stable condition.

Emergency Response and Road Closure

Roads Policing Officers and local officers attended the scene and carried out a thorough investigation. The A390 was closed for several hours while this took place.

Police thanked members of the public for their understanding and patience during the closure.
