The new coworking area follows a series of major improvements at the Club in recent years, including a £2.5 million refurbishment of its leisure and hotel facilities, the installation of a 600kW solar PV system to support its sustainability goals, and the launch of the new BOX12 fitness suite.

This latest addition provides a state-of-the-art environment aimed at boosting productivity, networking, and collaboration among professionals in Cornwall.

The coworking space includes dedicated desks with high-speed internet, food and beverage service delivered directly to your desk, and free parking. Users can choose from several flexible options:

• Full Cowork Membership: Full access to the coworking space and Health Club facilities seven days a week, plus one free half-day boardroom rental per month.

• Cowork Flex: Single-day access available from 6:30am to 10pm.

• Kingsmill Boardroom Hire: High-speed internet, presentation screen, and desk-side food and beverage service.
