Man Convicted of Ozzell Bowl Burglary After Guilty Plea
A burglary at Ozzell Bowl has led to a conviction following a court hearing in Truro.
According to St Austell Police, James Mankee appeared at Truro Crown Court on 9th January 2026, where he pleaded guilty to a burglary at Ozzell Bowl.
Burglary in February 2024
The offence took place in February 2024. The property suffered a break in, during which charity money collection tins were stolen.
Police said James was forensically linked to the burglary after his DNA was found at the scene.
Sentence Handed Down
James received a nine month prison sentence, suspended. He was also made subject to a three month curfew and received a rehabilitation order.
The case was brought to a conclusion following the guilty plea at Truro Crown Court.
