The event, promising a delightful mix of seasonal shopping and community engagement, is open to all with free entry. Located at 2 Carlyon Road, the library is preparing to welcome visitors to explore the creativity and craftsmanship of local artisans.
Attendees will have the opportunity to browse a variety of stalls featuring an array of handmade goods. The Fayre will showcase an eclectic mix of crafts including patchwork, cross stitch, painted glass, 3D cards, jewell art, as well as homemade chutneys, jams, and cakes. Additionally, unique items made from sea glass and recycled sari silk will be among the many treasures to discover.
The event is not just a celebration of local talent but also a chance to support small businesses and creators in the community. Refreshments will be available for purchase, provided by SALSA, adding to the Fayre’s inviting and friendly atmosphere. Visitors are encouraged to bring their purses to support these crafty creators and take home some of the unique items on offer.
The St Austell Library Craft Fayre is an ideal occasion for those looking to find unique gifts, indulge in homemade treats, or simply enjoy a day out surrounded by creativity and community spirit.
