St Ives Lifeboat Announces Golf Day Event to Support RNLI’s 200th Anniversary
St Ives Lifeboat has organised a special Golf Day event to commemorate the Royal National Lifeboat Institution’s (RNLI) landmark 200th anniversary. Golf enthusiasts are invited to participate in this unique event, which aims to raise vital funds for St Ives Lifeboat and support the RNLI’s mission of Saving Lives At Sea.
Scheduled for Friday, 3rd May 2024, the event will be hosted at the prestigious West Cornwall Golf Club. With tee times starting from 9 am, participants will have the opportunity to enjoy a round of golf in one of the most scenic settings while contributing to a noble cause.
Teams of four can register for the event, with an entry fee of £120 per team. This event not only offers a great day of golf but also serves as a meaningful way to support the life-saving efforts of the RNLI during its bicentennial year.
St Ives Lifeboat is also reaching out to individuals and businesses interested in sponsoring the event. Sponsors will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of the Golf Day and in supporting the RNLI’s ongoing commitment to saving lives at sea.
For more information or to express interest in sponsoring the event, St Ives Lifeboat encourages potential participants and sponsors to get in touch. This Golf Day promises to be a memorable occasion, combining the passion for golf with the spirit of philanthropy, all in support of a cause that has been safeguarding lives for two centuries.
