Police Appeal After Road Rage Assault in Stithians

Police are appealing for witnesses after a road rage assault in Stithians last month.

The incident

Between 4.30pm and 4.35pm on Friday 29th August, an incident took place on Foundry Hill involving the drivers of a black Ford panel van and a white Ford Ranger.

It was reported that the Ford Ranger driver pulled the other driver from his car and assaulted him after the two vehicles met at a traffic calming point.

Injuries and damage

The victim suffered minor injuries and a dent to his van as a result of the incident.

Police appeal

Police are now appealing for information:

“Anybody who witnessed the incident, or who has relevant footage is asked to contact us on 101 or via our website quoting 50250225120.”
