Woman in Her 80s Suffers Life Changing Injuries in Torpoint Collision

Police are appealing for information after a collision in Torpoint left a woman in her 80s with life changing injuries.

Collision on Harvey Street

Officers were called at around 10.35am on Saturday 22nd November to Harvey Street, at the junction with Quarry Street. The collision involved a white Fiat Abarth 595 and an elderly female pedestrian.

The woman, who is local and in her 80s, was taken to hospital by ambulance. Her injuries have been described as life changing.

Road Closed for Several Hours

The road remained closed while collision investigation work took place and reopened at around 4.15pm.
