Cornish Trio Unite for Festive Fun at “The Makers Corner” in Truro

A new seasonal pop-up is set to bring together craft, food, drink and live music later this month as three Cornish independent businesses collaborate for a festive-flavoured afternoon at Threemilestone Industrial Estate in Truro.

A Celebration of Local Talent

On Sunday 30th November from 3pm to 7pm, The Makers Corner will open across three venues, offering visitors a chance to browse artisan stalls, sip locally roasted coffee, enjoy craft beer and tuck into gourmet grilled-cheese sandwiches.

The event is being hosted by three neighbouring Cornish businesses:

• Mason Brewing Co, a family-run craft brewery and taproom known for its welcoming, community-focused atmosphere. Mason Brewing Co

• Lands End Coffee, a Cornwall-based roaster sourcing and roasting single origin coffee with a sustainable approach. Lands End Coffee

• Kernowcraft, a long-established jewellery-making supplier that’s proudly rooted in Cornwall and has been serving makers for over fifty years. Kernowcraft

What Visitors Can Expect

Guests can explore handmade jewellery, ceramics, prints and textiles from Cornish makers while enjoying food and drink from local vendors.
Freshly roasted coffee will be served by Lands End Coffee, Mason Brewing Co will open its dog-friendly taproom for beers and soft drinks, and a grilled-cheese vendor will be serving hot artisan sandwiches.

Adding to the atmosphere, a roaming musician will weave live music through the event as visitors move between the three venues.

“The Makers Corner” aims to capture the spirit of the season while keeping things relaxed and authentic. It’s a celebration of community and craftsmanship, offering a space to connect before the festive rush begins.
