Police Appeal After Sexual Assault on Bus in Truro

Police have released an image of a man they want to speak to following a sexual assault on a bus in Truro.

Incident on 18th September

The assault happened at around 4.30pm on 18th September. A 16 year old girl was travelling between the Malabar area of Truro and the city centre when she was sexually assaulted over clothing by a stranger.

Officers say a number of enquiries have been carried out since the report was made. They are now in a position to release an image of a man who may be able to help with the investigation.

Investigators believe the male pictured could assist with enquiries and are asking anyone who recognises him to come forward.
