Troublesome Truro Property Shut Down After Court Order
A property on Trevethenick Road in Malpas, Truro, has been subjected to a closure order following a hearing at Truro Magistrates Court on Wednesday, 17th March 2024.
The order, which will remain in force for three months, renders it illegal for anyone but the housing association representatives or emergency services to enter the premises.

The premises, identified as a hotspot for anti-social behaviour, was the subject of legal proceedings that concluded with the magistrates’ decision to shut it down to all occupants.
