Vehicle Fire on A39 in Wadebridge Successfully Extinguished, Road Reopened
This morning, emergency services responded to a vehicle fire on the A39 in Wadebridge.
At precisely 08:33, a crew from Wadebridge Community Fire Station was mobilised to tackle the blaze that had engulfed a vehicle.
Upon arrival, the team found the vehicle well alight. To combat the flames and ensure the safety of the surrounding area, firefighters donned breathing apparatus and utilised hose reel jets. These efforts were successful in extinguishing the fire.
Wadebridge Community Fire Station has extended its gratitude to the public for their patience during the incident. Thanks to the efficient and prompt action of the firefighters, the situation was brought under control, and the road has since been reopened to traffic.
