Dry in the east with clearer spells, though some showers continuing across the west. Cold with mist, fog and frost patches developing under the clearest skies. Minimum temperature 0 °C.

Sunday:

A chilly start but mostly dry with a mixture of cloud and sunny intervals. Still a few showers around, mainly across Devon and Cornwall, easing by the evening. Lighter winds. Maximum temperature 10 °C.

Outlook for Monday to Wednesday:

Rain arriving on Monday and turning much windier with heavy showers following on Tuesday. Largely dry on Wednesday with sunny spells. Temperatures around average.
