Cornish Seal Sanctuary Seeks Urgent Help for Penguin Enclosure

Published On: 13 March 2024Last Updated: 13 March 2024By

The Cornish Seal Sanctuary has issued an urgent call for skilled tradespeople to assist in essential work on their penguin enclosure.

With the Easter holidays approaching, the sanctuary finds itself in need of builders, carpenters, and other skilled individuals to help prepare the new home for their imminent penguin arrivals.

Due to an unforeseen situation, the sanctuary is scrambling to ensure that the enclosure is ready in time to welcome the new residents. The call is primarily for volunteers who can offer their time and skills to meet this pressing deadline. However, the sanctuary is also willing to discuss paid work opportunities for those who have immediate availability to assist with the project.

Sean, the Site Manager, is leading the charge to gather a team capable of addressing the sanctuary’s needs in a timely fashion. The Cornish Seal Sanctuary has a long history of conservation and education, making this an opportunity for tradespeople to contribute to an important cause.

Anyone able to lend their expertise is encouraged to contact Sean directly at 01326 221361 or via email at seals@sealifetrust.com. The sanctuary is hopeful to find kind-hearted individuals or groups willing to step in during this critical time to ensure the penguins have a safe and welcoming environment upon their arrival.
