Strong demand since 2022 launch
Since launching in 2022, Barratt David Wilson’s Treledan development has attracted a wide range of buyers, including first-time buyers, commuters and families.
The development combines a countryside setting with convenient access to Saltash town centre, local schools, the Tamar Valley and transport links into Plymouth.
A total of 317 homes have been delivered at Treledan so far, but availability is now limited, with only 18 properties remaining.
Developer reflects on popularity
Richard Lawson, Sales Director for Barratt David Wilson, said:
“It has been wonderful to see a new community flourish at Treledan, and especially encouraging to witness just how popular the development has become. Perfectly positioned in a prime location, it offers easy access to a wide range of local amenities, making it an increasingly sought-after place to live.
“We are also proud to provide homes that allow residents to enjoy the benefits of eco-friendly living, helping locals live more sustainably with lower bills.
“With only 18 properties remaining, we encourage those interested in Treledan to visit the development and speak with our team to understand why so many choose to make this development their home.”
Homes still available
Among the homes coming to market soon is the three-bedroom Maidstone. This property includes an open-plan kitchen and dining area leading into the garden, alongside a separate lounge. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, with the main bedroom featuring an ensuite.
For buyers looking for more space, the four-bedroom detached Bayswater from David Wilson is available from £420,000.
