David Wilson Homes is opening up its Treledan development in Saltash on Saturday 16th May, from 11am to 3pm. The focus is The Bayswater, a four-bedroom detached home that buyers can move into over the summer months.

What’s on offer

Treledan has a mix of two, three, and four-bedroom homes. The development has been popular with commuters thanks to its links into Plymouth, with Saltash train station roughly two miles away.
