Andy marks ten years keeping watch at St Agnes Head

A decade on the cliffs
Watchkeeper Andy has received his 10 Years’ Service Award at National Coastwatch Institution St Agnes Head, presented by Station Manager Mark. Over the past ten years Andy has put in countless hours keeping a vigilant watch over the coastline, supporting the safety of those at sea and along the shore.
The station described his commitment, professionalism and willingness to give his time as a volunteer as truly appreciated.
What the station said
Thanking Andy for a decade of service, the station said his dedication had helped keep watch over one of Cornwall’s most exposed stretches of coast. “Here’s to many more years of keeping watch.”
