Bastille headline the Eden Sessions’ 150th show
The Eden Sessions hit a landmark last night. Show number 150, and the honour of headlining it went to Bastille, who played beneath the Biomes as the Eden Project marks its 25th anniversary year.

A milestone night beneath the Biomes
The crowd rose to the occasion. Mass sing-alongs and surges of energy rippled across the site as Bastille worked through their anthemic sound and chart-topping hits.
The indie-pop act were joined by two special guests, local male voice choir Many Men Soundsystem and Alfie Templeman.
It caps a run of headline names at the venue this summer, and there are still four nights to go before the season closes.

Saturday 11 July: The Maccabees, Everything Everything, Tom A. Smith, Tummyache, The Velvet Hands and Matilda Finn Frances, plus the World Cup Quarter Finals shown live on the Sessions 8m x 4.5m stage screen.
Sunday 12 July: Mika, MEEK.
Wednesday 15 July: CMAT, Katy J Pearson.
