The airport has launched its Summer Passenger Survey, giving flyers an official channel to say what they think of their journey through NQY. It covers what the airport is getting right, what could be better, and what matters most to the people who use it. It only takes a few minutes to fill in, and can be completed through the Summer Passenger Survey link.

Naming your dream destinations

The airport says it loves hearing where people would like to fly from Newquay, and the survey is the place to put that wish list on record properly. Suggestions dropped into social media comments do not carry the same weight, the airport says, whereas answers gathered through the airport’s survey can be passed directly to its airline partners as evidence of real demand. So if there is a route you have been hoping to see added, the survey is the way to make that case count.

Watch for the QR codes at the terminal

Anyone flying with Cornwall Airport Newquay soon will get a second chance to weigh in. The airport is also running an in-airport passenger survey, with QR codes placed around the terminal for travellers to scan and share feedback while they are there on the day.
