Monday

Sunday’s breeze carries into the new week. Monday brings full sunshine and a high of 18°C, but the wind keeps building, with gusts reaching 32mph. It stays mild overnight too, holding at around 16°C. Make the most of the sun, because it is the last clear day in the run.

The week ahead

Tuesday is where the settled spell breaks. Light rain moves in, and while the temperature actually peaks at 20°C, the wind is the headline, with gusts up to 38mph, the strongest of the whole period. Wednesday keeps things unsettled with light showers, a high of 19°C and gusts around 30mph. Thursday holds a similar look, light showers and 18°C, though the wind finally starts to relax, easing back to about 21mph.
