A largely dry and bright day for most, with sunny spells breaking through. A few showers are still possible, again leaning towards the west. Temperatures settle back nearer average, with a high around 19°C.

Friday to Sunday

Friday opens dry, but outbreaks of rain are likely to arrive later in the day. That rain clears overnight and leaves a largely dry, bright weekend behind it, with sunny spells on both Saturday and Sunday. Temperatures hold near average. The thing to watch is the dark hours, when patches of fog could form, so an early drive on Saturday or Sunday morning may need a slower start until it lifts.
