Fancy adopting a flower bed on Bodmin’s Higher Bore Street?
A row of flower beds along a Bodmin street is looking a lot sharper than it did. And the people who tidied it up would quite like some help keeping it that way.

A morning’s work on Higher Bore Street
Four gardeners from the Bodmin Tidy it Team spent a morning working along Higher Bore Street, tidying, pruning and pulling out the weeds from the beds that line the pavement.
The verdict from the group? “It’s looking much better.”
The update was signed by Gilly, who thanked fellow volunteers Tom, Debby and Trish “for your great company.”
Could you adopt a bed?
The team is now asking whether any keen gardeners in Bodmin would be willing to lend a hand, or even adopt one of the beds along Higher Bore Street and look after it themselves.
“Please get in touch if you would like to,” the group said on its Facebook page.
Plenty more beds to go round
Higher Bore Street is only one of the spots the volunteers keep an eye on around the town.
“We have lots of other places we look after so there is masses to do!”
