Body of Woman Found in Camborne Woods Identified by Police
Police have a name. After a body was discovered in woods on the edge of Camborne earlier this month, officers spent days appealing for help to work out who she was. Now they have their answer.
The woman found in the Pendarves Woods area has been formally identified.
It follows an appeal that police issued on Thursday 21st May, after the body was discovered in the woodland.

Family informed
The woman’s next of kin have now been identified and told the news.
Her death is being treated as unexplained, but it is not believed to be suspicious at this time. A file is being prepared for the coroner.
Police thanked members of the public for their help with the matter.
