Classes Restart in Mid January
The next 12 week block begins on Wednesday 14th January, running from 9 to 10am at Carn Brea Leisure Centre. The sessions are funded through Active Cornwall’s Live Longer Better programme.
Everyone attending will once again receive a free hot drink in the café after each class, giving people time for a relaxed social catch-up.
Booking and How to Join
Booking will open online seven days before each class, giving participants more flexibility when securing a place.
New participants must contact Caroline Grady before booking their first session so they can be set up correctly. The email provided is [email protected].
More Over 55s Activities on the Way
Carn Brea Leisure Centre also confirmed that two more funded projects for people aged 55+ will be announced soon.
The centre says to keep an eye out for further details.
