The Council is actively encouraging residents to report any potholes they encounter using their online reporting form. According to the statement, the Council has a dedicated team that is focused on addressing this issue. One of the key commitments highlighted is the team’s impressive track record of repairing over 98% of the most severe potholes within a 48-hour timeframe. This rapid response initiative reflects the Council’s dedication to road maintenance and public safety.

The Council’s efforts in the past year demonstrate their capability and commitment to this issue. From January to December of the previous year, the Council successfully repaired a total of 35,071 potholes. This substantial number indicates the scale of the challenge and the Council’s responsiveness to it.
