St Austell man Marc Jackson faces eight drug supply charges
Eleven charges, three separate incidents and a five month window. That is the shape of the case now facing a 47-year-old man from St Austell.
Marc Jackson, aged 47, of no fixed abode in St Austell, has been charged with eight drug supply offences and three driving offences, according to police in St Austell.

Three incidents between May and September
Devon & Cornwall Police said the charges follow three incidents in Cornwall between May and September 2026.
The force has not given further detail about the incidents or where in Cornwall they took place.
Remanded into custody
Marc appeared before Cornwall Magistrates’ Court last Thursday (1 October), where he was remanded into custody.
What happens next
The case has now been split between two courts.
Marc is due to appear before Truro Magistrates’ Court via video link on Tuesday 10 November in relation to the three driving offences.
The eight drug supply offences have been referred to Truro Crown Court for further proceedings. Police have not yet given a date for that hearing.
