Woman assaulted on Camborne road, police appeal for witnesses
A woman walking alone along a Camborne road in the middle of the afternoon was assaulted by another woman who got out of a car, Devon and Cornwall Police have said, and officers are now trying to trace anyone who saw it happen.

What happened in Tehidy Road
The police say the attack took place in Tehidy Road, by Rosewarne Close, on Wednesday 22 July at around 1.20pm. The victim, a local woman in her 30s, sustained minor facial injuries.
The appeal for witnesses
Officers investigating are keen to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident, or who has information relevant to it. Anyone who can help is asked to come forward via the force’s online contact form, or by calling 101 quoting reference number 50260194089.
