Beach Guardian Announces Free Film Screenings Across Cornwall

A series of free film screenings is set to take place across Cornwall later this month and into May, as Beach Guardian brings its new documentary project to local audiences.

What Is The Tales Of Cetus?

The Tales Of Cetus is a feature-length documentary created by Beach Guardian. The film follows environmentalists and artists as they tackle plastic pollution, while also exploring how individuals can inspire and create positive change.

The project looks at both the challenges of plastic pollution and the role people can play in addressing it.

Free Screenings and Q&A Sessions

Beach Guardian is hosting a number of free events, which will include a screening of the film followed by a Q&A session with the film and Beach Guardian team.

The confirmed dates and locations are:

• Truro – 19th April
• Wadebridge – 25th April
• Newquay – 3rd May

The Truro screening will take place at the Plaza Cinema, starting at 6pm on 19th April 2026.

Funded Project

The film has been funded by the Duke Of Cornwall Marine and Environment Fund, facilitated through Cornwall Community Foundation.
