Geevor Tin Mine Museum Announces Easter Holiday Activities

What’s Happening at Geevor This Easter? Full Line-Up Revealed

The Easter holidays are approaching, and Geevor Tin Mine Museum has announced a packed schedule of activities taking place throughout the break.

Running from Friday 3rd April to Sunday 19th April, the programme includes a variety of creative sessions, wildlife encounters and family activities. All events are included with normal site admission.

Visitors who are UK taxpayers can also choose to gift aid their admission at no extra cost and receive an annual pass, allowing them to pay once and return to the museum throughout the year.

Special Guests and Events

Several guest activities are scheduled across the Easter period.

On Mondays 6th and 13th April, Funny Faces Cornwall will be offering face painting.

On Tuesdays 7th and 14th April, visitors can meet Alasdair Hoswell, author and illustrator.

On Wednesdays 8th and 15th April, Laura Miucci from Mine & Crafts will host sessions.

The Easter Bunny will be making an appearance at the museum on Sunday 5th April.

Then on Sunday 12th April, the museum will welcome Mark’s Ark Wildlife Encounters as well as a new copper workshop led by Vince from the Copper Workshop. More information about the workshop can be found at thecopperworkshop.co.uk.

Alongside the scheduled sessions, visitors will also be able to take part in a range of daily activities across the site.

All of the activities are included within the normal site admission during the Easter period.
