Falmouth shoppers get a quicker route to a £75 prize on Tuesdays
If you do your shopping in Falmouth at the weekend, you might want to move it. The town’s free loyalty card is about to fill up twice as fast on one particular day of the week.
Falmouth BID is introducing Double Stamp Tuesdays for the LoveFalmouth Shopper Card. Anyone making a qualifying purchase on a Tuesday will get two stamps instead of one, at any of the 70 or so businesses taking part in Falmouth.
The card launched in April 2026 and costs nothing. Shoppers collect a stamp each time they spend £5 or more at a participating business, and a card with 10 stamps can be entered into a monthly prize draw.
With double stamps, a card can be filled in half the visits. Tuesdays were chosen because footfall in town is typically quieter early in the week.

How Double Stamp Tuesdays works
- Pick up a free LoveFalmouth Shopper Card from any participating business in Falmouth town centre.
- Spend £5 or more at a participating business and ask for your card to be stamped. On Tuesdays you get two stamps instead of one.
- Once you have 10 stamps, fill in your name and contact details on the back of the card.
- Return your completed card by the 9th of the month to be entered into that month’s draw.
The monthly prize draw
Two winners are drawn at random on the 10th of every month. First prize is £75 in LoveFalmouth vouchers and the runner-up gets £50. Both can be spent at participating businesses.
Completed cards can be posted to Falmouth BID, The Old Post Office Building, The Moor, Falmouth TR11 3QA. They can also be dropped off at Falmouth Town Council Information Services between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
What the BID and traders are saying
Keren Cooksey, BID Manager at Falmouth Town Team, said: “The Shopper Card has been a real success since we launched it in April, and it’s lovely to see people discovering businesses they might never have walked into before.
“Double Stamp Tuesdays is a simple way to say thank you to our loyal shoppers while giving our businesses a welcome boost early in the week. Whether you’re grabbing a coffee, picking up a book or treating yourself to something special, a Tuesday trip into town now gets you twice as close to winning.”
Claire Curnow from Pips Pasties said the business had backed the card from day one.
“It’s really paid off,” Claire said. “We’ve had prize winners come straight back to us to spend their LoveFalmouth vouchers, showing the circular economy in action: money spent in town is won back by local shoppers and spent in town again.
“It’s really encouraging to see customers showing that kind of loyalty to Falmouth businesses, and Double Stamp Tuesdays will only give them more reason to keep supporting local.”
