Police Issue CCTV Appeal After Falmouth Burglary

CCTV Image Released After Falmouth Burglary and Card Fraud

Police investigating a burglary in Falmouth have released a CCTV image of a man they would like to identify.

Officers say the man may be able to assist with enquiries following a burglary at a property in the Trescobeas Road area.

Burglary Overnight in Early March

The incident happened sometime between 10pm on 1st March and 7am on 2nd March.

According to police, an offender entered the property and carried out what was described as a tidy search before stealing a handbag.

One of the bank cards taken during the burglary was later used fraudulently.

Bank Card Used at Local Shop

Police say the stolen card was used to purchase around £50 worth of goods from a local newsagent.

As part of their investigation, officers have now released a CCTV image of a man they would like to identify as he may be able to assist with their enquiries.
