A Magical Setting After Dark
Known for its 60ft waterfall, ancient woodland and spiritual atmosphere, St Nectan’s Glen will be opening its doors after dark for intimate dining by candlelight. Visitors will enjoy a three-course supper in the valley, surrounded by flickering candles and the natural scenery.
Natasha Lewis, Management Support at St Nectan’s Glen, said:
“We’re so excited to be bringing something truly different to Cornwall’s events calendar. St Nectan’s Glen is already known as a place of wonder and magic, but to experience it at night, lit by hundreds of candles, is absolutely amazing. We can’t wait to welcome people in and share this unique experience with them.”
First Event: ‘Night of Pie’
The first Candlelit Supper will be held on Wednesday 8th October at 7pm, with the theme ‘Night of Pie’. More autumn dates are set to be announced soon.
Tickets are limited to keep the events intimate, and guests can expect hearty seasonal food, a warm welcome and the chance to enjoy the site’s rare night-time atmosphere.
Natasha added:
“We wanted to create an event that feels both cosy and magical. Whether visitors come as couples, with friends or to treat themselves, this is a chance to step away from the everyday and enjoy a night of great food in a truly extraordinary setting!”
Booking Details
Tickets cost £30 per person for the three-course supper, with advance booking essential. Reservations can be made by calling 01840 779538 or visiting www.st-nectansglen.co.uk.
