Searches for ‘Galentines’ have surged by 150% over the last two weeks, signalling a shift in how people are choosing to celebrate in February.
Rather than focusing purely on romance, more people are marking Galentine’s as a way to celebrate friendships, flatmates, work wives, soul sisters and the people who show up all year round.
Now, Cornwall-based gifting specialist The Cornish Company has launched dedicated Galentine’s and Valentine’s Day collections designed for sharing, celebrating and indulging.
Swapping Flowers for Food
Instead of traditional bouquets, The Cornish Company is encouraging people to see food as the ultimate love language, whether that love is romantic, platonic or self-directed.
