Witness appeal after fatal crash near Lanivet
Police have asked anyone who saw a collision at a Lanivet junction, or who drove past with a dash-cam running, to come forward after a woman in her 80s died.
The crash happened at around 5.30pm on Friday 13 March at the junction of Truro Road and Reperry Road, in Lanivet near Bodmin. It involved a gold Nissan Almera and a black Citroen C5.
A passenger in the Nissan, a local woman in her 80s, was taken to hospital following the collision. She recently passed away. Her next of kin have been told.
Officers said they know the collision happened some time ago but are still working to establish what took place.
