With fuel prices constantly fluctuating, drivers are always on the lookout for the best deal at the pump. According to the Fuel Report, Penzance currently boasts the cheapest petrol in Cornwall, with Asda Express offering unleaded petrol at 131.7p per litre.

Here are the top five cheapest areas in Cornwall for unleaded petrol:

2️⃣ Helston – Tesco Helston (TR13 8PJ) – 132.9p per litre
3️⃣ Porthleven – Sainsbury’s Helston (TR13 0QA) – 132.9p per litre
4️⃣ Callington – Gulf Gunnislake (PL18 9HP) – 133.7p per litre
5️⃣ Saltash – Pace Saltash (PL12 6PW) – 133.9p per litre

Cornwall’s Most Expensive Petrol Prices

At the other end of the scale, Padstow drivers are paying the most for petrol, with Texaco Wadebridge charging 146.0p per litre—a 14.3p difference compared to the cheapest price in Penzance.

The five most expensive areas for unleaded petrol in Cornwall are:

How the Prices Were Calculated

The report used data from the Petrol Prices App, examining fuel stations within a three-mile radius of each area to identify the lowest available price for unleaded petrol.
