Liskeard’s public toilets change hours as the nights draw in

Popping into town for a coffee and a wander? It’s worth checking the time first, because the public toilets in Liskeard have just switched to shorter winter opening hours.

Liskeard Town Council says the change comes now that the clocks have gone back and the nights are drawing in.

Winter opening times, Monday to Saturday

The public toilets at Westbourne Car Park, Sungirt Car Park and Dean Street are now open from 8am to 3pm, Monday to Saturday.

Only one block open on Sundays

Sundays are different. Only the toilets at Westbourne Car Park will open, again from 8am to 3pm.

The council says these are approximate times, and changes may have to be made at short notice.

Accessible toilets stay open around the clock

The accessible toilets are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. But you will need a RADAR key to get in.

Another option at The Public Hall

There are also toilets at The Public Hall, including baby-changing facilities, an accessible toilet and a Changing Places facility.
