Matilda Finn Frances to Support Gwenno at Falmouth Princess Pavilion

Local singer songwriter Matilda Finn Frances has been announced as the opener for Gwenno’s upcoming headline show at the Falmouth Princess Pavilion on 15th October.

Tickets for the event are already selling quickly and are available through Gwenno’s website.

A Voice That’s Turning Heads

Matilda Finn Frances is described as “an artist whose sound resonates with the gentle introspection of a life lived on the periphery, observing and reflecting on the world around her.”

Having arrived on the South West music scene at the end of last year with a distinctive set of songs about “the spaces in between,” Matilda’s “beguiling voice and haunting melodies have been doing all the talking, leaving audiences (and rumour has it, record labels) spellbound.”

With early support from Steve Lamaq and Jo Whiley, Matilda is being tipped as one to watch in the near future.

Her addition to Gwenno’s Falmouth date brings together two unique voices on the Cornish stage later this month.
