Fireside Feasting Nights Announced at The Tartan Fox
This 7-Course Fireside Feast in Cornwall Starts 6th March
Residents in Cornwall and further afield are being invited to a series of fireside feasting nights at The Tartan Fox, the refined British pub from Chef Adam Handling MBE, set in the countryside between Truro and Newquay.
The first event takes place at 7pm on Friday 6th March 2026, with more dates already lined up across the spring and early summer.

Monthly Feasting in the Garden Tipi
The fireside feasts will be held in the pub’s garden tipi on the first Friday of every month. Guests can expect live music alongside a seven-course feast cooked over flames, served as family-style sharing plates.
The opening night on 6th March will feature live music from local artist Kate Hall. The menu, priced at £55 per person, focuses on hyper-local produce, with dishes including:

Tuna, truffle, radish

Hot-smoked leg of lamb, mint, nettle

English burrata, spring vegetables

Seasonal sides using ingredients from the pub’s own garden
Desserts will see local apples take centre stage in Cornish apple and rhubarb crumble, alongside a Mayan red 70% chocolate mousse made using chocolate from the Collection’s London-based Adam Handling Chocolate Shop.

AHC Food Festival Returns in June
The AHC Food Festival will also return to The Tartan Fox this year, with feasting nights taking place on each evening of the event from 12th to 14th June 2026.

Michelin Recognition Nearby
Adam Handling’s Cornish pub, The Tartan Fox, sits a short distance from the Collection’s coastal restaurant, Ugly Butterfly, which achieved its first Michelin star in February 2026.
