‘Urban Explorers’ Uploading Footage
There have also been previous reports of so-called “urban explorers” trespassing at the site and uploading footage to social media.
Police say those entering the docks are putting themselves at risk. The site contains hazards which pose a risk of injury and life.

Officers have also highlighted the wider impact of trespassing. As well as the danger to those entering the site, it poses a risk to staff and to emergency services who may be required to respond and assist with the rescue of any trespassers.
St Austell Police are urging people not to trespass on the site.
