Roselyon homes in Par win an award builders cannot apply for

There is no entry form for this one. No application, no submission, no way of putting your own name forward.

A development of 22 homes in Par has been given a UK-wide award that is decided by inspectors turning up on site, scoring what they find, and doing it again and again over at least six months.

An award that cannot be applied for

Roselyon, built by Cornish housebuilder Legacy Properties, has received a Premier Guarantee Quality Recognition Award.

The awards recognise developments across the country that achieve consistently high inspection scores over a minimum six-month period. Sites cannot apply. Winners are selected on the scores given during Premier Guarantee inspection visits, which are then verified by its judges.

The award recognises the standard of workmanship and site management achieved by the construction team.

Roselyon is a collection of 22 three, four and five-bedroom family homes, set within a private woodland setting in Par, South Cornwall.

The company behind Roselyon

Legacy Properties was established in 2010 and is a family-owned housebuilder based near Newquay. It focuses on small collections of homes in Cornwall.

The company has recently celebrated the delivery of its 250th home in Cornwall, and has live developments and homes available in Par, Bude, Trispen and Goonhavern.
