Why the Cornish Pirates now have a currency exchange partner

Plenty of Cornish Pirates supporters clock up the miles following the club, and plenty of its business partners deal in more than one currency. Now the club has a money transfer firm officially in its corner.

The Cornish Pirates have announced Regency FX as an Official Club Partner and the club’s preferred Currency Exchange Partner.

What Regency FX offers

Regency FX says its mission is to go above and beyond so that clients’ expectations are met and surpassed. Alongside competitive exchange rates, the team aims to give every client a smooth customer journey.

Each client has an account manager who works to secure competitive rates using the firm’s programme. Clients can also watch the market and transfer funds at any hour, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, through its online client portal.

Why the club wanted an FX partner

Ross Hancock, Head of Commercial and Communications at the Cornish Pirates, said: “We’re delighted to have Regency FX onboard at an exciting time for the club. As our growth continues and with the investment into the club and with new partners all the time, it is imperative that we have an FX offering and expect our well-travelled network of partners and supporters will make the most of their excellent rates.”

Backing sport in Cornwall

For Regency FX, the deal is about supporting professional sport in Cornwall and working with ambitious local clubs.

Andy Dyer, Director at Regency FX, said: “Regency FX is proud to be the official money transfer provider of the Cornish Pirates. We’re passionate about supporting professional sport in Cornwall and working with ambitious, progressive local clubs. We look forward to supporting the Pirates’ continued success, both on and off the pitch.”
