What happened on South Street
Police were called at around 3.25pm last Friday (2 October) to South Street, at the junction with Moorland Road.
Emergency services attended and the motorcycle rider was taken to hospital with multiple injuries. Police say those injuries are not life-threatening or life-changing.
South Street was closed while officers carried out their investigation at the scene.
What police are asking for
The appeal comes from officers in the Roads Policing Team. They want to hear from anyone who was in the area and saw the collision, and from anyone with dash camera or CCTV footage.
That could include drivers who passed through the junction around the time of the collision, as well as homes and businesses nearby with cameras covering the road.
How to get in touch
Anyone with information can call 101 or report it through the police website.
